One of the research papers co-authored with graduate students titled “Importance of awareness in improving performance of emergency medical services (EMS) systems in enhancing traffic safety: A lesson from India” is selected as one of the top global emergency medicine articles of 2016 by Global Emergency Medicine Literature Review (GEMLR) Editorial Board (2017)

Selected as a Co-Chair for the theme “Urban Systems” for 8th Indo-German Frontiers of Engineering held in Potsdam, Germany (May, 2016).

Hosted a faculty from Sudan under C.V. Raman fellowship (November-December, 2013).

One of the graduate students received scholarship to visit a Virginia-Tech University under Obama-Singh initiative (Summer 2013).
